We at Gusting55 have teamed up with top Southern African board shaper Mat Marias to create some extra special fast flowing surfboards ideal for all year round Irish surf conditions. 

Mat Marais has a fierce reputation all along the Garden Route for excellent quality hand-shaped surf craft. When we first spoke to Mat about working together it was evident we were all on the same page. Using Stephan at Gusting55's 20+ years surfing experience on the south west coast of Ireland, we came up with 3 surfboard shapes that suit our Irish conditions. 

Our boards are designed to get all standards of surfers to the next level. We believe more wave time leads to enhanced surfing which in turn equals more enjoyment on the water.
